Jon is a brilliant coach, very supportive, knowledgable and knows how to make you work hard and get fitter and stronger! He comes from a holistic perspective that helps you think about all aspects of your lifestyle and see what changes and adaptions you can make. He is great!

I started training with Jon back in 2015, when he lived locally to me. Sadly it had to stop when he relocated down to the coast. However, following covid he introduced a remote PT and training options to his customers. I am so pleased I can now train with him again. Jon’s Functional Fitness classes are great for some feel-good fitness for the over 60’s who want to remain as fit and active as possible. I started two years ago and quickly realised how my balance, flexibility and core strength were improving under Jon’s encouraging guidance and how carefully he tailors the classes to be challenging and achievable. We may not all be together in the gym but he keeps a very keen eye on everyone to keep us moving safely at home.

Have enjoyed training on line with Jon for nearly 2 years now.. Great sessions in our own home - fun and motivational with no large equipment needed . Sessions are always varied and well planned, challenging us but meeting our individual needs. Jon addresses all muscle groups improving our balance, strength and endurance for everyday life. As well as our trainer he's now become a friend.
