14 months into twice weekly sessions and, with Ruth's support and nutritional advice, am just 3lb shy of losing a grand total of 4 stone! I had gained weight following a knee injury which put paid to a lot of exercise. Ruth drew up a programme of very low impact sessions - one with weights and the other a HIIT - and offered advice regarding changes to diet that could become a way of life rather than 'going on a diet' that is not sustainable. Excellent training and motivation. As I'm recovering from Covid the pace and challenge of training has been expertly tailored to allow progress and challenge, without compromising the attention to detail and safety. Would highly recommend to anyone.
