A small local gym, particularly good for that quick workout, without any fuss. Friendly staff, who are always on hand to help and supervise. Recommended and good value.

I loved this place, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons, but I would highly recommend this gym for all ages.

The offer sounded good but then the class times I could do always filled up so quickly, managed 2. I was then poorly and had a minor op on hand, was told I could extend emailed in absolutely no responce, basicly paid out over &100 for 2 sessions very disappointed.

The staff here are so approachable, friendly and accommodating. I have just started my classes and feel so invigorated after the first two. The gym itself is down to earth with no 'fancy pants' people. I have been to other gyms where you feel intimidated however here at Results Gym there is none of it. Excellent, small group classes. All the Trainers are professional & adjust exercises to suit the person not the whole group. Defiantly feeling better for the classes. Brett & Matt are very encouraging & helpful. Would Highly recommend.
