Chloe and Adam are a class act. Hands down the best PT I’ve witnessed. Their coaching is considered and dedicated; sessions are tailored and there’s clearly a lot of effort that goes in to ensuring the client gets maximum benefits. I’ve had PT before but post-lockdown all I was doing was running and decided I needed a more rounded exercise routine with strength training at the core.
