I would highly recommend Resist Fitness and Darragh as your personal trainer. My daughter and I commenced twice weekly fitness and boxing sessions with Darragh in September, and have already noticed a huge difference in our increased energy levels. By keeping a food diary, we are now far more aware of what we eat and drink throughout the day, and it has allowed us to make changes to enjoy a much healthier lifestyle. Darragh has excellent people skills and is great at encouraging the best out of you. 6 weeks in and I am feeling so much better and more flexible. I look forward to every training session. I know it’s going to be tough but always manageable
