Having never used a personal trainer before, I was somewhat nervous that the training would be beyond my physical capabilities and I would burn myself out within weeks. This proved not to be the case as Matt tailored the weekly workout regimes to my specific physical limitations. He was always very patient and respectful but not shy in pushing me to my limits. Excellent service. From the beginning, Matt at FMFitness has put 100% into helping me reach my goals. Since leaving the area, I have continued to train on my own with the wealth of knowledge Matt gave me. More than 5 years on and I still work out most days of the week. I have Matt to thank for all of this. It changed my life for the better.

I have known Matt for many years since he started coaching me at whilst I was an under 8 at Kingston Little League. From now and until then, Matt has always been a very good coach. Have been training with Matt for 5 years now, no matter what my university and work schedule was he would always fit me in for a session somewhere, outdoors or in Kingston Colleges gym. He really helped with core strength and my physical gym training routine, greatly benefiting my basketball performance and mental health. I’d had a few PTs before heading to Reps and Sets with ongoing bursitis and extreme hyper mobility.
