  • Highly recommend - our office takes part in a weekly outdoors lunchtime HIIT class. It's great to be outside and break up the working day - we're too immobile at work, staring at screens all day, so it's really refreshing to take a break in the fresh air, be surrounded by green fields and improve our strength and fitness.   • I’ve been going to Emily’s fitness sessions at Grosvenor & Hilbert park for a couple of months now and really recommend them! It’s great to be able to take your baby along while you work out. Each session is designed to give you a great workout - from boxing to squats to circuits. Emily is really welcoming, knowledgeable and makes sure each session is fun as well as effective! I haven’t missed a session yet!

  • I had a fantastic resistance training session today with Emily in the comfort of my own back garden. She was patient, extremely knowledgable and motivational, to ensure I kept going even when it hurt! I learnt a lot today about how to properly exercise and look after your body.   • I had another excellent training session with Emily today. She is sensitive to my needs. Any movements that I find difficult she is quick to find an alternative exercise if need be. I am 70 years old with cancer and I find her support and enthusiasm very encouraging and I would recommend her to anyone younger or older.
