Kat is absolutely wonderful. So warm and friendly putting me at ease immediately. She has encouraged and enabled me to exercise in a way I thought I was incapable of! So knowledgeable about my health concerns and adapting exercise around them. I can’t recommend her enough. She has literally changed my life !!

I initially started seeing Kat to help me trim down for my wedding and have loved every minute of it (yes, really!) Kat is the most knowledgeable and well qualified PT around. She worked with my Husband post cancer when he was in a wheelchair and got him walking again after major surgery. All this was done remotely over zoom whilst we were in lockdown. She is kind, supportive, non threatening and has a wonderful positive energy. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Plus she now has her own studio so you are not working out amongst insta lycra gym bunnies!

I really needed to lose weight and get fitter and Kat was recommended so I went for it and so glad I did! Kat is so knowledgeable and friendly and I loved our sessions, within 6 weeks or so I'd lost half a stone! I highly recommend Kat at Renaissance, she really kept me motivated and is a lovely person too.
