Have been going to Reigate Pilates for 4 years now, I love it.Shannon is my teacher and I have a 1:1 class she is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable no class is ever the same. I moved to Kent a couple of years ago,but still go to Reigate Pilates I so look forward to my class on Wednesday, its ME time. Would recommend Reigate Pilates to everyone.

I love the variety of classes and teaching styles at Reigate Pilates. With classes of various levels from beginners and healthy backs through to advanced level, there is something for everyone. My Pilates technique has improved 100% since I started coming to classes here over 3 years ago. That's all thanks to the excellent instruction from Shannon and the other teachers. Thank you, I look forward to my classes each week.

In January this year I decided to have a "go" at Pilates to help my training and now I'm hooked! Love the team at Reigate Pilates: very bubbly, warm, fun and helpful. I've now bought my own reformer and join as many classes as I can in the week, work permitting. Be prepared to love this place and never want to leave!

I have enjoyed mat, reformer and cadillac classes at Reigate Pilates. The team at Reigate Pilates are very professional and also very caring – they take the time to make sure that you’re OK with the exercises you are doing and only encourage you to do what you can do within the limits of your own body. I was bought a beginners term 2 years ago to help my post kids lower back pain. I'm still there and can't believe the difference in my core strength! All the teachers at the studio are excellent - so much so my husband goes now. I highly recommend Reigate Pilates.
