Aaron has been really supportive for my recovery from a back injury. He has helped keep my enthusiasm in the right place to ensure I have built up at the right rate and not done anything to set myself back. Arron is a very knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer who has designed a bespoke fitness programme for me. I have taken part in group fitness activities which he has led as well as individual PT sessions. He has helped me to keep motivated with my fitness goals.
