OMG, this is my new favourite thing. Such a friendly and welcoming group. So many endorphins from working out outside. Great trainer who is very encouraging and helpful.

Lots of sessions, good range of cardio and strength. Wide range of abilities, So much better than the gym. Friendly and sociable group, no cliques or attitude. Great fun.

I have been attending Regiment Fitness for 2 weeks now and can say nothing but good things for this amazing cause. Shane is an amazing instructor, who with his experience, motivation and encouragement makes every session different, challenging and a really great experience. I would not hesitate in recommending Regiment Fitness to anyone who wanted to just keep fit or embark on a personal weight loss journey like myself. Joined 2 weeks ago. Had never done anything like this level of fitness before. Was super nervous. But literally within a few minutes of intro's .. felt really supported by everyone. The camaraderie is awesome, and this is exactly what I needed. No session the same. It is so varied and great to have access to so many locations. A great feeling of equality at each session also.

I’ve been a member for a year and half now and I love it. Great people, workouts are always different and challenging. Nothing like exercising outdoors and anyone can do it. Highly recommend it if you like a varied workout and want to see results quickly.
