One of the worst experiences with the communication between students and the college, the people you call to get any info are working from home and not care at all ! Sometimes you just beeing hanged up on ! College should employ people who actually want to work and do their job properly.

Admin is awful They clearly work from home as I often ring & hear children making enough noise I can't hear the person supposed to be at work asking me questions. You don't need your student id to be connected to the person your asking for but despite this the lady put the phone down on me as she claims it can't be done! It can..
