Andy is a PT Superstar! I was looking for a PT who could provide both nutritional and exercise advice. Andy has a fantastic e-recipe book which gives you tasty food plus a breakdown of nutritional info (i.e. calories, protein, etc) so you can track your diet. I also love the fact my workouts have been in a private gym so we're not waiting to use equipment and we can just focus on my workout. Andy is a fantastic PT. I've been working with him for just under year and been training with him twice a week. I really enjoy working with Andy: he's very enthusiastic, pushes you hard and more importantly, you quickly see results. I also like the fact the training program is put in an app and he provides a fantastic cook book so you can get the most out of your training with excellent advice on nutrition. Andy at ReformU is a brilliant Personal Trainer who always keeps the motivation high. I enjoy training with Andy and he has helped me to build my overall strength as I train towards skydiving goals. I also feel stronger and fitter with the added benefit of sports specific training. Furthermore, with improved muscle strength, I feel less day to day aches and pains too so a total win-win for me. Andy is amazing. I have been training with him for over three years now and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Excellent Personal Trainer. Andy has really helped me work on my strength and power and achieve my triathlon goals over the last year. He tailors workouts to individual needs and is reliable and really knowledgeable. I have achieved various PBs this season and Andy's sessions have really helped me push harder in races.
