  • Christine has been training me since July last year. I used to be worried about exercise due to my knees but she has helped me gradually build the muscles up. I have a lot less pain and I enjoy exercise now. My fitness and motivation have improved vastly also! Christine makes the sessions harder each time but still enjoyable. I am always aching the next day! She is good at adapting exercises if I can't do them. Christine gives good advice regarding exercise and nutrition.

  • I have enjoyed my personal training sessions with Christine since November 2020. Christine has many years experience in the health and fitness industry and she is very knowledgeable. Christine motivated me and kept me focussed during lockdown and my overall fitness improved considerably. Now that we are out of lockdown, I am continuing my sessions with Christine as I really enjoy them and I would totally recommend her sessions to anyone.
