I found my experience contacting Redlands by telephone and email for information productive. Paul Rene answered all my queries, the interview process was comfortable & relaxed. When researching where to continue my studies Redlands Counselling & Training came highly recommended from lecturers (not employed by RCS) & students alike. I am looking forward to starting L4 in a couple of weeks with RCS.
Just the worst at communicating with you. I leave messages, emails, phone calls and they do absolutely nothing. It's probably a reflection of their counselling services. If they can't be bothered to communicate with people, imagine the contempt they must treat clients with. What an awful company.
