  • An excellent training course! The classes are varied and intense. Leigh and Natalie are both quick to demonstrate the exercises, and they’ll keep you motivated. I really appreciated getting feedback and advice on my technique throughout. And Natalie does a brilliant job explaining how each exercise helps develop your strength. I’d recommend Redhead Fitness for anyone wanting to shake up their workout routine, or who wants to start taking their fitness seriously.
