Very disappointed, Gave me the hard sell, signed up. All went well on the first round of training. However to get additional training it has been a nightmare. Emailed the accounts manager 2 weeks ago again, called several times still waiting. I have now had to change providers. They need to understand that care is fast moving, we can not wait, especially when you have a new member of staff waiting to start and can not, as their are waiting for training. I would have given zero stars if I could.
