My association with ReComp goes back a few years. In a state of I-need-professional-help ‘to get fit’ and glancing curiously at a display of Fitness Instructors in Glasgow’s TheGym bulletin board, I discovered Kevin. To be honest, I was nervous about working with an online trainer. I’ve always gravitated towards group fitness environments but came to realize that I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. After stumbling upon Kevin’s IG, I was intrigued by his approach to training and the results I was seeing. Would give more stars if I could. I really wasn't sure if an online PT would be for me, particularly after having a PT in the gym years ago and getting decent results. Kevin is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. Using Recomp was been brilliant for me, an education in itself and he has really helped my change the way I train and more importantly eat. The feedback has been brilliant and I cannot recommend using this enough.
