Rachel is such a lovely person and her knowledge is vast. I came to see her after having 3 children and still suffering with core and pelvic floor issues and she has helped me so much. She has given me amazing exercises to try that I haven’t been given before so I would highly recommend her!

Really wish I had gone and seen Rachel sooner. Such a font of knowledge and has given me back my confidence with fitness postpartum and post surgery. I've also taken part in an online course with Rachel which was so useful during pregnancy, so if you can't make it out to see her in person you can still gain so much virtually.

Rachel is great at what she does. She easily built rapport with me, and built my confidence. Her knowledge of both practical and theoretical fitness and strengthening techniques meant that I had complete trust in her approach to training me and getting me back to being strong after having my 3rd baby and 3rd c-section. I would definitely recommend Rachel to others looking to improve fitness and kick start their journey to post-natal strength.
