This venue is vastly improved from its old 'Stalag Scours' days.
Am a semi-regular here as it is probably the closest NL ground to me.
Are doing things the right way slow steady changes - wider variety of stock in the club house - hot food laid on regularly now even for Woodley games.
Some evidence of landscaping down one side though the natural surroundings are pretty grim in this area - they are doing what they can.
Went for the first time to a fireworks display. It was really beautiful and perfectly timed! Only thing I would say is it was advertised as a 'mini funfair' and all there that was there was one tea cup ride, one hook the duck and one food stall. Hardly a mini fair, but the fireworks were lovely.
Went for Reading lions fireworks display.
Event was okay but feel with it being fully booked they let too many people in and event was way to overcrowded even with it being outdoors there no way you could social distance as everyone was squashed together
Fireworks was not in line with advertising of when they was being set off with numerous fireworks going off Earley.
Stalls and rides were too overpriced for what they was offering.
