  • Rich starts by understanding what you are looking to achieve and tailors everything accordingly. Everything is explained in laymans terms so you know what you are doing and how it will help. He makes each session hard but fun, with your progress highlighted so you feel you are winning each time! Definitely recommend.

  • I’ve been training with Richard now for 8 weeks, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the first time I contacted him, he’s been amazing.
