What I learnt with Rob 4 years ago I still use today. Results are amazing and tangible. Short term: weight loss, confidence in approaching a gym for someone whos not used to workouts. Long term: Knowledge, Mindset, tools to avoid "slippery slope" and go back to old habits. Could not reccomend enough, worth every penny it is effectively a true investment. Thank you Rob and Team!

The Team at RCA Fitness are a top bunch of people. They are really knowledgeable and extremely passionate about what they do which is helping people. Rob is very knowledgeable about a wide range of topics and they will lean on their network if they do not know rather than provide the wrong information. Just completed the RCA Optimize 8 week program and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The amount of detail and knowledge shared through calls, documents and webinars is fantastic. Rob is an amazing PT, not only helping you through the world of fitness, he goes that extra mile to show how both your physical and mental health are all key in achieving your goals. I was recommended RCA fitness by a colleague back in December. After speaking to Rob I signed up to his 28day challenge in January 2021. After a successful 4 weeks I knew my journey wasn't over with Rob and I decided to continue as a 1:1 client. Rob has taught me so much about my nutrition, exercise but also my mindset. Rob isn't just a PT I would describe Rob as a health and wellness coach. He has been invaluable to me and I would recommend RCA fitness to anyone who is wanting to make change...
