  • I’ve not been going to RC Fitness class for long, but always found Reece to be professional, helpful and friendly. He is encouraging, without being pushy, so I come away feeling like I’ve worked really hard, but still enjoyed myself 😀

  • Reece is welcoming, committed, honest and reliable. He listens to you and works with you on your diet and exercise regimes to suit your needs. There’s content online as well as several opportunities throughout the week for 1:1 / group activity. I have PT once a week, which is going great, and I’m part of the Saturday morning ‘Bootcamp’ with a great group of people. He works is hard but the sessions are enjoyable and worth it. 👍

  • A supportive, encouraging and brilliant PT. Reece has pushed me to achieve more than I've ever achieved in the last 5 years. He pushes when he knows he can and he makes PT sessions and bootcamp a brilliant experience. I don't hate exercise anymore, he makes it an enjoyable thing(If we ignore the bike) rather than hell!

  • Reece is an amazing PT. Not only does he encourage and motivate you to progress and achieve things you never thought you could, but he also educates you on nutrition and exercising safely. He is such a nice guy, great to talk to during the sessions and he genuinely cares about all of his clients. He has helped me with my fitness, but he has also helped me with my confidence! If you want to make healthy changes and feel good in yourself, definitely choose Reece as your PT!!

  • Really positive and encouraging PT with a good range of both experience and equipment. Have been with Reece both at a gym environment and in his own personal gym, and also good and personal attention given. Would recommend and have done so to numerous people!
