Zac is a great PT. I’m really enjoying my sessions. He’s very knowledgeable and focused on good technique to avoid injury. He really listened to what I wanted out of our sessions and has set me up a good routine that is easy to follow when I’m training alone. I would highly recommend. He’s been really supportive and encouraging

Zac is amazing. I've only been with RBYL for a short time and, while I have a long way to go, the sessions I have had with him have helped me increase my body confidence. Now I'm able to combat body negative thoughts with a "so what?" response to my personal criticisms, even to the point of wearing clothing I used to be too self conscious to even contemplate. Zac is very easy to get along with, extremely supportive, and really understands how to tailor the workout journey to the individual. ...

Zac is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive! He is an excellent motivator. Yesterday was my first session with him and he created an excellent training plan to achieve my goals! Highly recommended!

Zac is a freaking awesome trainer. Very attentive to the client and knows his stuff. He’s helped me build a solid foundation on my strength and muscle building journey, and addressed weaknesses and injuries along the way. Highly recommended.

Been training with Zac for the last 6 weeks and I have already made incredible progress. He is always happy to have a call when I have any queries/worries. Very down to earth and really takes into account your dietary needs and exercises you enjoy to make an all round fun workout!
