Richard helped me get in shape after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I went on to help me train for a number of endurance races. Richard’s ability to understand not just the body but the person as well, is his best attributes and makes him an outstanding coach/trainer. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely spot on training from Richard every time. Tailored to individual needs in a sensitive professional and always informed way. I have been training with Richard for 5 years now - both in person and virtually- a seamless transition to online training from Richard. My aim when I started? - to get stronger fitter and above all stop the developing creaks! And now you should see my squats!

I am extremely happy with the training I have had with Richard for nearly two years now. After working on my core strength I feel much better, and I am much less injury prone when running, and I am stronger than I have been for many years. I also really appreciate Richard’s recommendations on behaviour change and diet, and we have had many interesting discussions during training.

I’ve trained with Richard for a couple of years, including during pregnancy. He’s helped me immensely with a prolapsed disc I have been suffering with in my back for some years. He’s so experienced and really knows his stuff, and I feel confident when we’re training that he’s recommending the best exercises for my circumstance. During pregnancy I felt in such safe hands and I’m sure what we did together then helped me in my post pregnancy recovery. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone!

My sessions with Richard are superb. He brings an energy and passion which inspires me to work hard every time. He is an expert in his field and will tailor every session to my needs, working around the niggles and injuries from playing too much football in the last 50 years. Every session is fun and he truly cares about improving my fitness both physically and mentally. Don’t even think about it, he’ll be the last PT you need.
