Really great personal training sessions! Ray is very detailed and intentional with the exercises he introduces, it was nice to be physically pushed within my comfort zone. He also has great communication on scheduling and updating sessions! 10/10 would recommend :)

Ray Chan is a fantastic personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone. I came to him after the lockdown lifted as my fitness was at an all time low, and over the months he has helped me built it back up to before lockdown. Ray is very supportive and kind, but also willing to push you during a workout. As a beginner I felt reassured and confident in his sessions, and I am sure that more experienced people would also benefit from training with Ray.

Being trained by Ray is really an amazing journey. He not only designs training programme for me, but also ask for my feedback from time to time. Making sure I am ready to challenge myself to the next level. We started when I was not able to do a single pull up. Over the past one year, he has been helping me to do pull-ups and I am thankful for what we have achieved.

Ray is an experienced and encouraging trainer who pushes you for results. He gave me a proper workout technique and always help to correct my form. The experience has been great from the beginning. Thank you for providing full support throughout each sessions. Highly recommend!
