I am a portal to the future of work, exercise to Punjabi music, being lean and relationships. I have a fascination, and desire to share, my pursuit for continuous improvement, raising of standards and finding new ways to solve current day problems. I am the founder of the not-for-profit organisation, aiming to become a registered charity, Pungra. We are committed to pushing for high standards for group exercise to Punjabi music.
