Driver in a black Prius yesterday was really good with a female passenger who'd fall asleep on the back seat of his car he came and asked me for help to wake her up so he couldn't be accused of anything inappropriate and he was polite and curious I would recommend this company for loan females

Fantastic service. Broke down after midnight far side of Blackburn in terrible weather, snow wind etc and chippies saved me and brought me home. Driver was brilliant and lady on telephone also great help. Thank-you very much.

Quite bizarre journey. Driver wanted pay immediately which was fine but then insisted on not chatting by ignoring everything I said. Not even any kind of chit chat. Really quite bizarre if I’m honest and rather awkward. I wouldn’t recommend.

Some good, some bad. They charge more for certain journeys than competitors. What driver you get can affect your journey a lot. I've had really good rapid drivers. I've also had one who one-hands the wheel while holding a coffee cup, ones who steer like they are on a racetrack slapping you from side to side. You've got a few bad apples in there. I use to use rapid every morning, I didn’t mind rising prices or the drivers not being very polite. But there as reliable as a wet tissue. This isn’t a service you can relay on. I’ve had taxis booked for half hour and it’s been cancelled, Without any contact. This has happened multiple times.
