Rahel has been training me for 6 months for a pole competition. Calisthenics works so fine as conditioning for pole, and training with Rahel made such a difference. She really knows what exercises are going to improve your performance and focus on those, paying special attention to your individual “weaknesses”. I was so amazed of feeling myself much stronger after only 2-3 sessions! Also, she is so nice and positive it is a pleasure working out with her. Thank you Rahel!

Amazing trainer. Whether 1 on 1 or in a group, Rahel's knowledge, enthusiasm and skills are vast and infectious! She helps everyone find their confidence and see that they can do what they never thought possible. Such positive and uplifting sessions. You're building strength and skills too! Highly recommend.

Rahel is a very inspiring coach. She has the capacity and experience to break an exercise down into the required steps. Personally I feel you will get good progress in your Calisthenics attending her class.

Rahel is a unique professional as she combines the knowledge of both a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Rahel has been a brilliant trainer for over a year now. She always brings energy and enthusiasm to the gym and so keeps training varied, interesting (she brings a load of nutritional knowledge with her too) and, most importantly, enjoyable. After deciding upon a new regime just over 6 months ago, I've been able to maintain a regular exercise schedule, a much better diet and have lost close on 10 kilos as a result and so, naturally, feel healthier, fitter, stronger and happier than ever.
