Rach easily makes you feel relaxed, set achievable targets and motivate you to keep going! I really enjoy our PT sessions and after the first month my body shape had changed for the better - can’t recommend her highly enough.

You won't find a better personal trainer anywhere. In the last 4 years Rachel has completely transformed my life from a massively overweight couch potato to someone 3 stone lighter who is regularly doing Triathlon's and various other events. Rachel is so enthusiastic, motivating and positive! Ive had a couple of PTs before Rachel but the difference was incredible! Rachel did all my measurements, asked what my goals were, explained how we could get there. She went through a diet plan with me too! Rachel is so professional.
