Rachel is a fantastic personal training. Not only is she lovely and funny, knowledgeable and professional; but she really listens to you and understands your goals and then tailors each sessions training towards them. Since working with her since June 2019 I have really progressed towards achieving my goals of being fitter, stronger and healthier and have made changes to my lifestyle that are positive and sustainable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rachel Lines Fitness.

Rachel's a fantastic personal trainer! I've really enjoyed working with her, both in PT sessions and also HIIT group sessions, and she's always a great balance of supportive, encouraging and challenging. Her enthusiasm for fitness and health are infectious, even (or especially!) on cold and wet days. Rachel has a great way of explaining things and adapting so they fit and suit you and your fitness journey.

Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer, she is a great motivator and extremely knowledgeable. Rachel really takes into consideration what you want to achieve from the sessions and tailors it to suit you, she is very supportive of your goals and helps you to achieve them. Training with Rachel is an absolute pleasure. She’s always so upbeat and positive, and really listens to my needs and goals, tailoring each session just for me. Whether i endure a more gruelling workout, or take things a little more gently, we always have fun. Rachel is professional and motivating, and I would absolutely recommend signing up for PT sessions with her.
