My classes with Rachel are always different. I've never had the exact same class twice. We work on different parts of the body, standing and floor positions, strength and flexibility. It feels like we flow, unscripted. However, it's her obvious deep knowledge that allows it. And this translates to my state of mind. That's what all the classes have in common, after any class I'm away from the noise and back to focus. Connected to my body and my mind.
