Lauren, is an amazing pt and I could not recommend her more. She is great because she really listens. She listens to what you want to achieve and your goals but also what challenges you might have as well. And because she’s always learning new things and challenging herself you get this benefit in your training. After a session with Lauren I always feel incredible. She provides just the right amount of challenge and encouragement that works for me.

I have been working with Lauren for the last 10 weeks which has coincided with the lock down period. Lauren is a great PT and really encouraging - from our first session, Lauren spends time understanding your goals. Offering a brilliant starting point and testing your current levels of fitness - which she then monitors across the sessions. After 4 sessions with Lauren, I managed to take over a minute off my fitness test - which is really motivating! Lauren makes you feel like everything is achievable. I got in the best shape ever after training with her and she even helped me get my bikini body back after having my baby. Would highly recommend training with her. She made me drag logs, try to avoid that. It really hurts the next day. I have definitely quit the comfort zone with my training and everything she taught me is still with me today.

Lauren makes working out fun! I've never been motivated enough to join a gym or go out running on my own so this is the perfect solution. No Gym, No equipment - just fun ways to get fit in the local area. I don't notice the time go as we never do the same thing twice!
