Would recommend highly, my daughter went years ago, as I wanted her to learn self defence. I am now very proud to say she is a Black belt.

An excellent school, with excellent teachers. My 10yr old son has attended for over a year now and has shown great improvements in discipline, self confidence, fitness and general well being. I would recommend this class to any parent for themselves and their children.

Brilliant martial arts school for learning useful skills and gaining confidence, which has helped me very much. Very inclusive feel and the people I've met here are friendly and encouraging. Definitely a place you can be at comfort and involve family with.
