Quench Cycles Bike Service, Repair & Tech Centre, Flimwell

I dropped my full sus mtb bike off for a full service including suspension and I was astonished that he was done the very next day and ready to collect. The service was that quick, efficient and well done, that I then dropped my wife’s bike off for exactly the same service and yet again it was done to the same high standard and ready the following day. I couldn’t have expected any more. I’m very happy with the level of service and costumer care. I’ll recommend them to everyone 👌👌👌

Recently had my Gravel bike serviced at Quench Cycles in Flimwell and was really pleased with the quality of the work and overall service from the team. Their communication was great providing me with options for any components that were worn or damaged, the quality of the workmanship was first class and they turned it around in 2 days:-)

I recently decided to take the bike maintenance course that Quench Cycles offer and I can honestly say that both Sam & Nick were excellent teachers. Both were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. They have also repaired my bike on a number of occasions and their customer service is second to none. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond, I would highly recommend them.

I dropped into Unit 1, with a flat tyre on an important journey to Hurst Green last week. The Unit is busy setting up, but I wanted to know if the Bedgebury Quench centre could help. A quick phone call from the office and a Mobile Service van arrived to repair the tyre. Superb response and very quickly done and I was ready to complete my journey.
