I'm really happy with Quality Care Time care agency the management and the carer's are really lovely the carer's put a smile on my face every day and make me laugh I'd highly recommend this care agency to anyone that is looking for a care company.

The training was great, trainer and staff were extremely supportive, the trainer adapts the lessons to suit your individual learning style, the training is very informative and gives you the skills which you can later develop whilst working

Really good, reliable, approachable training providers are hard to come by in my experience but I'm really glad to have found one in Quality Care Time. They took their time to go through my options and help me choose the best course for my career progression and since starting my Level 5 with them the support I've received has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and someone always gets back to me quickly. Highly recommended.

Doing my Level 2 Award in Dementia here has been great! Staff are friendly and helpful. You also get help from your assessor on a regular basis, and get an accredited qualification at the end of it! I would definitely, recommend anyone who is looking to do any courses related to Health and Social Care to come to this place to do it.
