I attended QSP to take my continuing competency test, I was met by two smiling faces- Farihda (sorry if I've not spelt that correctly) and another lady who had red hair- but i didnt get the name of. They were so polite helpful and put me at ease. thank yo for making what is normally a rigid test, enjoyable!

As a person who is quick to criticise poor service it is nice to be able to praise the good. I caused particular problems by being late (for a Continuing Competence Course and test) The ladies in the office could not have been more helpful. The instructor put himself out to help me and provided clear and concise revision material and the important point is I passed I would recommend them for the professional way they dealt with me and helped me and hopefully I will return when my renewal ...
