A great course. You have to think and plot your way round, it's a very cool layout with a lot of variety. Some tight tee shots and tricky dog leg holes. I imagine in the summer when the greens are quick this will be quite a challenging golf course. It's quite scorable in these autumn moist conditions though. First rate members golf club. As others have said a bit undulating. Tough drives from the white and blue tees including an intimidating first. Worth hiring a buggy.

Had our society day at Puttenham GC yesterday brilliant reception great breakfast and staff, everyone was so helpful obviously with the hot weather we are experiencing the fairways were burnt brown but that made my drives much longer than usual the greens were the right colour and in great condition. We all enjoyed our day a special thanks to Ben Ellis who was very professional and helpful and of court the starter Sue who kept everyone in line with good old fashioned humour, we'll be back. SS...

I have been looking for a new golf club to join as I will soon have more time to play. I have been playing trying various golf courses and having played Puttenham a couple of weeks ago, I found the course full of character and quite dry for the time of year and decided to join.
