In the time that I trained with Ush I learnt so much about my physical health. She pushed me to the core and believed in my abilities which I am grateful for till this day. I joined an online coaching session that Ushi was offering and it's been the most eye-opening and easy to follow plan I've ever been on. Ushi herself is friendly and informative and most importantly she listens. Unlike other PTs she doesn't force you to do anything you're not comfortable with and understands life is a big player in most people's lives and she allows for this without making you feel bad or guilty. Absolutely love Ushi and her programme. Its realistic and flexible so for working mums with busy lives its tailored to be achievable and if you dont have a good week you dont feel ashamed of telling her. Ushi is friendly and down to earth. I am not a fan of fitness, however she makes it fun, achievable and honest. I don't feel judged, and although for me progress is small she has stopped a backward trend and given me hope that I can achieve my goals after years of failure.
