I cannot recommend Mark enough. He is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to fitness that I know. When it comes to the basics, his nutrition plan is incredible as it has so much variety and it does not really feel like a diet. Training plans are never boring and work towards your specific goal. In my honest view, I’ve never seen a Personal trainer work the way mark does. Taking every detail into account and making it as comfortable and effective a process as it can be. Expert - The only way to describe mark. After just 20 minutes Mark totally fixed my front squat. Before I had never been able to get my elbows or wrists into the correct position and I could not get any depth without hip winking and overbalancing forward. Within 20 minutes Mark had my form totally fixed and I now have full depth with much better stability and no shoulder straining.
