I started personal training sessions with Graham in April 2016 and he is AMAZING!. I have enjoyed every weekly session with him as he mixes it up so you never get bored (and it keeps you on your toes). He is very knowledgable and is super supportive to help with my own personal goals. Would recommend Graham to anyone in a heart beat!

I LOVE my sessions with Graham! Always something new, varying between indoor and outdoor sessions, keeping me on my toes. He pushes me with a range of exercises working on core strength, cardio & flexibility. I cant recommend Graham highly enough.

I have joined Graham’s bootcamp about 5 months ago and soon after that started additional PT sessions with him as well. I have been working out for most of my life, but was frustrated as I felt I wasn’t able to make any further changes to my body. Since starting with Graham I have continuously seen my body improve. I've been attending Graham's bootcamps twice a week for over a year now. So much more fun than being inside a gym - which I've never managed to stick to for any longer than a few weeks! Graham always takes the time to make sure the session is fun and different so we don't get bored, and encourages us to push a little bit harder than last week. I could never go back to training indoors now!

My fitness has definitely improved since joining Graham's bootcamp in January - it must be worth it for us all to meet weekly in the cold and dark (and once, snow!). He is great at motivating the group and we all genuinely enjoy the process of getting fitter!
