I've been in quite a few up market clubs and this one has the biggest and best sauna I've ever used 10 out of 10

Was great when I first signed up but over the past 6 months has gone downhill. I only had pool membership which was 32 degrees and is now lowered to 29 degrees permanently, showers are now only luke-warm too and the steam room is always breaking down or the crystal is turned off. Overall a great swim membership for athletes or fast swimmers but I wouldn't recommend for families or casual swimmers.

Membership is a bit pricey, but I believe it to be worth the cost. The gym equipment integrates with a wristband that allows you to track your progress using an app. My only complaint is that occasionally the gym equipment stops functioning with the app and you cannot record your progress. The swimming pool is really good, with a separate steam room and a sauna sometimes a little unclear what time it opens and closes. I recommend this gym if you live nearby!

Adequate facilities, nothing grand. The gym is pretty small and cramped. The classes are entertaining. But there is a complete lack of communication and information. Information is rarely provided outside signs inside the gym, which isn’t useful for when you’re not at the gym. Oh and be prepared to be cleaned around while you’re there, with the staff mopping behind you and a spraying the machines next to you.

Have been a member for a while. Enjoy the classes I can get to. Wish there were a few more at the weekend (I work all week so hard to fit something in in the week). Staff are lovely. Haven't been in the pool recently but so great to have one as many gyms don't. Would be good if the floors in the studios were swept more often as doing floor based classes I notice a lot of stuff on the floor.
