Good communication on booking course. Clear aims and objectives provided. Trainer very pleasant and happy to answer questions.

Having recently upgraded to 365, we needed additional training on Teams and Sharepoint to help us better understand how we can make best use of these tools. The training provided by PTR was excellent, pitched at the right level and pace to suit us and what we needed. Everyone felt engaged and we are looking forward to building on the knowledge gained.

Serena gave a great remote video-conference day course on Project Management. The way the material was delivered was clear and engaging, despite the difficulties of it being held on a video call. Serena also displayed a wealth of experience to relate the content to. It's provided some really good food for thought and a strong foundation for future development as an aspiring PM.

I've now attended 2 courses with PTR (SQL Server Database Querying, and Designing a Data Warehouse) and have found them to be most helpful. The courses are well structured and have plenty of practical exercises to put theory into practice. The team are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience at PTR. The instructor was very knowledgable and helpful. Keith (sales director) was very professional and gave a welcomed personal touch to our 3 days. Would recommend.
