Casey was my first ever PT, and I was lucky to have had him train me. He used a variety of different equipment and exercises to keep it interesting at the gym. In summer I did boot camp with Casey in the local park which was also excellent. He got great results and made it fun at the same time. He is also a really nice guy. Highly recommended! I am pleased to recommend Casey to anyone who is after a personal trainer! My aim has been to gain some weight and build muscle so we have done lots of leg work to achieve my personal goals and after 8 sessions I could feel and see a visible result. Casey was my PT during rehabilitation following knee surgery and he really helped me re-build strength using great fitness techniques to get me back on track. He pushed and motivated me to improve and I really enjoyed our sessions. He is a very dedicated and competent PT.

I’ve been training with Casey for over 2 years now, both in the gym and training outdoors. Fantastic trainer! Knowledgeable, patient, creative, and encouraging. Always learning new exercises. The sessions have increased my confidence in correctly using all the gym equipment, improved my posture, and helped me tone up. Highly recommended.

I’ve been doing kickboxing with Casey for a year now and he’s such a brilliant trainer! Casey’s training was perfect for me, he kept me motivated from start to end, and he understood my goals. He pushed me to improve my fitness and technique, but ensured it was always fun. I’m really happy with what he’s helped me achieve, and I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants to stay fit.
