Juliet has changed the way I feel about my body. From someone who only exercised when I needed to lose weight, to someone who now exercises twice a week and looks forward to aching and feeling strong- the difference is immense. She is hard but kind and always pushes you so you feel proud of yourself post work out. The sessions are (dare I say it) FUN and her studio is beautiful. Xx

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Juliet. She understands what I'm looking to get from my sessions and how to work with my back issues. Her workouts are challenging, but achievable and never boring. Most importantly, I can feel myself getting fitter and stronger!

Could not recommend enough, I have been attending one to one classes with Juliet since the end January and the difference to my fitness level and confidence is incredible. Every class I attend is planned with precision and great thought to my individual needs. The garden room is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and she is such a lovely person.

Juliet and I have been working together since May 2022 and I highly recommend her 1-2-1 sessions. No class is ever the same, which I love. She always challenges me during our sessions and I feel my physical fitness is constantly advancing. Juliet’s personal approach and kind manner has helped me feel more positive about myself as I was feeling quite low having gained weight during COVID lock downs. Juliet is a fantastic teacher. I have been attending her yoga classes for about a year and now I also have a weekly PT session. She is kind and fun and very precise with her instructions. The sessions are motivating, varied and challenging. I have never liked the gym or stuck to any form of exercise apart from yoga.
