  • Lucy is a fantastic PT who is a cut above the rest. I have been training with Lucy for over 6 months and in that time I’ve hit my target weight, lost fat and more importantly gained muscle. She focuses on technique and form and pushes me with different weight training exercises each week. She also provides me with a tailored training program for me to do at home or the gym to help me achieve my goals. Would 100% recommend Lucy!

  • Lucy is a fantastic personal trainer! I would highly recommend her! She completely understands the human anatomy, really clearly explains how to perform all the exercises and continually ensures that you are doing them correctly. I've had PT before but Lucy has been the best I've had. She takes you at your personal individual pace, with the right level of challenging you to get the most out of the sessions. Couldn't recommend PT Powertrain more!

  • I came to Lucy with basically zero fitness and no idea where to start. She has given me the knowledge and confidence to change my mindset on training. I’ve now been training for around 5 months and It’s incredible how much progress I have made and I couldn’t have done it without Lucy‘s sessions and the home workouts she has put together for me.
