Pete has not only helped me achieve my goals but has helped me to improve my mindset. Its amazing what I have achieved in 8 weeks. I have lost 5kg, I'm able to squat with a 30kg barbell, do 50kg rows, shoulder press double the weight I could before. The best fitness instructor!! I've been working with Peter for 17 weeks now since day 1 has motivated me and now I'm feeling amazing and my fitness level has increased and dropped two dress sizes since 1st Oct 2020 from a unhappy size 20 to a happy 14 in trousers and a 16 in tops I'm currently working with Peter to get to a size 12. i couldn't have found a better personal trainer. Peter does an excellent job, diet plan every week, every single day after workout he wants to know how i am feeling, if i need any advice Peter is always there. Working out with him is so enjoyable, time flies, keeps me focused and motivated. There is much more then workout itself. Great workout and food plans, Peter worked with our group to help achieve our goals. Always available to talk, answer questions and keep us motivated. He listens and makes adjustments to the plans and also changed our workouts to a home workout plan now that Covid lockdown doesn't allow us to go to the gym. Thanks for all the help, highly recommended!
