I have been training with Paul for quite a few years now and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is great to work with, he always manages to keep me motivated and engaged in the session. Paul constantly updates what workouts we are doing to match my fitness goals. My fitness has increased massively, my strength is better than it’s ever been and I comfortably fit in my smallest skinny jeans. I started with bootcamps with my fiancé and felt amazing after first session even though I couldn't walk 😄 I'm very active person, always exercising, running, gym, bike...when I went on first bootcamp I thought that will be easy. Well he managed to prove me wrong and I have realised my fitness level needs improving. He's always welcome, always smiling and he definitely knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend 100%

Paul was recommended to me by a friend. Best recommendation ever! Paul has been training me for around 3 years now and every session is different. He pushes me to my limits but always with safety in mind. I've learnt so much from him. I've become comfortable in a gym and with the equipment, and feel so much better in myself. Without him I'd still be stuck on a treadmill, or given up after the first week of the gym membership! The best decision I've ever made for my health and fitness!!

After failing to lose my lockdown weight gain and strength loss due to covid isolation, I contacted Paul and started his bootcamps to see how it felt.
