We have worked with Lana for nearly 7 years. Lana continues to challenge us and always finds a new way to inspire and motivate us to work out. On the days when the last thing you want to do is workout she will find a way to get you moving. Lana listens and helps you achieve your goals and is always inventive. There are always laughs but at the end of the session, you know you have had a good workout. We keep going back for more.

I have been working out with Lana for nearly 9 years and it is definitely one of the highlights of my week. I love the holistic approach that Lana takes - cardio, strength, flexibility, nutrition, general well-being - and that she tailors everything for my abilities. Lana has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years, and she has changed my life. Thanks to our sessions, I've seen my body transform week after week, but more importantly, it has also changed my philosophy about life in general. Lana is so much more than just an amazing trainer, she cares about her clients, and adapts the sessions weekly depending on how I'm feeling.
