  • I've had Cheryl as a PT for 6 months now and seen amazing results, she will provide you with your own personal training programmes to help you focus on your key goals and get great results ! It's the perfect place if you're looking to do you personal training sessions in a smaller more personalised gym. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)

  • Really happy to have found PT Health. The gym has everything I could need equipment wise and is very well looked after. Cheryl is a super trainer to work with. I am able to train easily around my schedule and Cheryl’s experience and expertise in spotting areas to work on that aid and support my goals is crucial. The attention to detail and personalised training programs have been helping me achieve noticeable results already in my physique, fitness and posture.
